Our family has been part of the Albert Hall community for the last 9 years.Our daughters have attended past and present. We absolutely love the nurturing ethos of the centre and the continuity of staff, some of the same carers that looked after our daughter 9 years ago are still there today looking after our toddler.

My son has been going to Albert Hall since he was 6 months old. He is now 4 and most recently I put my daughter in, also at 6 months. I am a business owner who had to put their children in care earlier than I would have liked. It was important for me to find somewhere I could completely trust and know that they are looked after, happy and enjoying their day. I could not recommend this centre highly enough. They don't have a high turnover of staff meaning my children built beautiful connections and felt secure. The staff always seem happy and this flows onto the children. They go in excited and come home happy. They have some great activities and educational programmes whilst allowing the children to be engaged in their own interests. I feel confident dropping them off each day knowing they are going to have a great day and the communication I receive at the end of the day is greatly appreciated. If you want a centre that really focuses on making sure each and every child has a great day then this is the centre for you.

Two of our daughters have attended Albert Hall, we have been there for around 5 years and have loved every day the girls have attended. Every teacher has so much time and energy for each child and every time I pick up the girls they have a huge smile on their faces. It will be a sad day when my youngest daughter starts school and we have to leave Albert Hall.

As a former early childhood lecturer I've visited hundreds of childcare and preschools in Australia and Asia, so I had high expectations when looking for a childcare centre for our sons. I'm pleased to say that Albert Hall exceeded all expectations. The care and education my sons have received whilst at Albert Hall was (and still is) exemplary. The staff are warm, caring and professional and the team at Albert Hall have nurtured a wonderful community. The educators catered for my sons' diverse abilities, needs and interests and were also cared for in an incredibly warm manner. My sons have thrived during their time at Albert Hall and I highly recommend the service to other families looking for care for their children.
